We aim at providing a holistic model for self construction in the following three areas:

-Career education:

We focus on learning the process of how to: develop one’s career, be equipped with lifelong learning skills and an updated knowledge of the ever changing world of work.

The vocational (career) guidance is the support we provide in relation to development, choice and placement in educational options and occupations or work roles to accomplish the career goals.

– Personal guidance:

We provide support in relation to personal and social development and well-being.

– Learner support:

We provide support to maximise the effect of the learning process. This includes support to acquire appropriate learning skills and methods, attitudes and motivation.

Nilufer Gozacan brings a passion for lifelong learning to her role as Founder and CEO of Edukonpro. She is committed to empowering others through knowledge, skills and insights that help them meet financial and personal goals.

Nilufer’s unique advisory approach, based on a depth of experience and business acumen, enables breakthrough personal leadership.

Nilufer received a masters in Educational Management at UCL, a postgraduate Language Teaching diploma at Reading University and a BS in ELT at Bosphorus University.

Nilufer Gozacan is the founder and CEO of Edukonpro, a successful career and education consultancy firm. Edukonpro assists individuals and companies globally to recognize, develop and fully utilize their unique talents, abilities and skills. Edukonpro is committed to providing encouragement, hope, instilling courage, elevating curiosity, and supporting development and growth.

Nilufer is a highly sought after educator. She became an education consultant after having worked in educational institutions for more than 25 years. She splits her time between the company’s London and Istanbul offices.

WHY I DO WHAT I DO

I have worked as a general manager in schools: Kindergarten, Primary, Middle, and High School. I have co-founded a nonprofit educational foundation and worked as the deputy head of the board of governors of Dogus University. As an educator with over 25 years of experience, including general management of educational organizations, professional development, business operations and strategy, I have found great joy and purpose and believe I have made a difference. I am passionate about helping others to find their purpose through knowledge, skills and insights.
